I met Stan when I opened my office in 1994 and welcomed him as a customer. He told me how he had been with State Farm since age 16.

Stan was a man of well-spoken words and we all enjoyed when he stopped in the office. Four years ago, we had a party (with cake!) to celebrate Stan's 60 years with State Farm AND with my office since '94 . With a lump in my throat, I thanked Stan for being with our office all these years. He said, "When you find people who care, you don't leave."

Thank you, Stan. Rest in peace.

My background - St. Ambrose University, Business Administration; Illinois State University, Graduate Work; Blackhawk College: associate degree; Past Public Relations Chair & Former Board Member: Women in Communication; American Cancer Society Fundraising Committee.
